How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK shipping typically takes 3-5 working days, while international shipping can take 7-14 working days depending on your location and customs processing.
Can I return a product if I have opened it?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Are P. Louise products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.
What should I do if my palette arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
